Report a problem with a tool

If a tool gives a wrong result or does not work on your device, the details below help us find and fix it quickly:

  • The name of the tool or the address of the page.
  • What you entered or which type of file you used.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • Your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”.

Please do not email confidential files. A description of the problem is usually enough.

Suggest a new tool

Missing a converter, a calculator or a file tool you need often? Tell us what the tool should do and how you would use it. Requests from real users decide what gets built next.
