PDF Organizer: Merge, Split and Reorder

Merge several PDFs, or reorder, rotate, delete, extract and split the pages of one, right in your browser.

How to use the PDF Organizer

  1. Choose one or more PDF files. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Use the arrows to reorder pages, the rotate button to turn them and the cross to delete them. Click pages to select them.
  3. Download the new PDF, extract the selected pages or split the document into single pages.

What you can do

  • Merge PDFs: add two or more files; their pages are joined in the order shown and saved as one document.
  • Reorder pages: move any page left or right.
  • Rotate pages: turn single pages, or all pages at once, in 90° steps. Useful for scans that came out sideways.
  • Delete pages: remove blank or unwanted pages.
  • Extract pages: select pages and save just those as a new PDF.
  • Split: save every page as its own PDF, delivered in a ZIP file.

Quality is preserved

Pages are copied into the new document as they are. Text stays selectable and searchable, and images are not re-compressed, so there is no loss of quality.

Limitations

  • Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before they can be organized.
  • Interactive form fields and bookmarks that depend on the original document structure may not carry over to the new file.

Private by design

Files are opened and processed by your browser on your own device. They are not uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions
